Culture of Corruption Crowd's Crack Catastrophic

Illinois' own Denny Hastert was evidently the target of another left-wing mud-slinging via ABC News. Unfortunately for the libs, the Justice Department has flat out said the story was wrong and that Representative Hastert is not under any investigation.

Swing and a miss, strike three!

Did Tom DeLay have $90,000 in his refridgerator? No, I don't think so.

Hmmmmmm.

And I just heard that Hastert is SUING ABC for libel since they aired the story AGAIN even after the Justice Department announcement.

This ought to be fun.

I just read a story on Yahoo that said the same thing. The liberal media bias is so blatant these days, it's a wonder they don't have DNC stamped on their paychecks.

I just read your last comment: isn't it strange that there has been no objective evidence in the "case" concerning Tom DeLay, yet he resigned. (some say forced.) Now, we've got a guy who has been asked to resign by members of his own party, the FBI finds 100,000 in his freezer, and yet he stays on the job.

It makes no sense to me.

Simple, MCR...

Most Republicans have honor.
Democrats like Jefferson do not.

ABC will probably come out in the next couple of days complaining about how they were set up. Then they can turn the story to WHO set them up and why, rather than having to explain their hopeful and gleeful reporting (cheerleading) of an untrue corruption investigation story about someone other than a democrat for a change.
